Billing, currencies and plans
Which currency will I be charged in?
All SendAxion plans are billed in US dollars each month. Prices in other currencies are shown as a guide at the latest exchange rate, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly depending on your bank or card.
Where do the exchange rates come from?
We use the European Central Bank's official euro reference rates for the currencies it publishes, and the fixed euro parity for the West and Central African CFA francs (XOF, XAF). Other currencies, such as the Nigerian naira, use ExchangeRate-API. Rates are refreshed every hour, and the source and date of the rate are shown under the prices.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Spark (Email API), Launch (Marketing) and Starter (both products) are free, with up to 100 emails a day.
What if I send more than 250,000 emails a month?
Choose your monthly volume in the dashboard: self-service volume goes up to 1,000,000 emails a month. Above that, talk to our sales team.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from Settings, Plan in your SendAxion dashboard. Paid plans renew monthly.
